Body, Lid, Work Basket and Basket Carrier manufactured in 18/8 Stainless Steel and finished 'self colour'. |

Hinged vertical rising lid, fitted with variable output heaters with thermostatic control ( 0 - 90°C ). |

Variable drying cycle timers ( 0 - 15 mins ) which, in combination with the thermostatic heater control, allows the optimum parameters of heat and drying time to be selected according to the type of components being dried. |

At the end of the set time the Dryer automatically switches off. |

A time delay controlled safety bolt prevents the lid from being opened until the basket has been allowed to stop rotating; as an added safeguard a back up system monitors the operation of the safety bolt and prevents start up until the bolt has been activated. |

Built in rubber cushioning negates vibration caused by out of balance loading. This means that though even distribution of the load in the basket is important, it is not critical to the operation of the dryers. |

The Units are fitted with a self adjusting disc braked motors as standard. |

The Dryers are supplied with a control panel with indicator lights for Dryer running, Lid release, Adjustable Timer, Thermostatic control for heater. |

A safety interlock with three position switch ensuring that the dryer cannot spin until lid is closed and the switch set to 'on'. At 'time out' the switch can be set to 'off' to bring the spin to a halt, but the switch cannot be turned to open position to release the lid for opening for a further 10 seconds. |
