Units are manufactured using all British made components on major parts, these units satisfy the need for durable but attractive Power Supplies at realistic prices.
All rectifiers with outputs above 10 Amps use fan assisted air to dissipate heat. Although natural ventilation is adequate we fit powered fan cooling to allow more efficient cooling and convenient sized cabinets to be used.
Power control is by robust variable voltage transformer - not solid state that is less tolerant to hostile environments and prone to failure on overloads. Sophisticated overload controls that will isolate the unit if power drawn exceeds 1% of maximum.
Switches, sockets and fuses can be fitted to the unit to allow one 'box' to control, for example, Agitation, Filtration, Filter Pumps and Heaters; in other words bespoke control panels.
Cases are manufactured in steel and protected by corrosion resistant primer followed by a stoved final coat in easy to clean colour. Cases fitted with 'Knife seals' in door to conform to IP 66 protection specification
